Terms of use and sale

These terms govern access to and use of SoloGestion. By creating an account you accept them. They are concluded electronically in accordance with Moroccan law 53-05.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Definitions

  • “Publisher”: SoloGestion, identified in the Legal notice.
  • “Service”: the website sologestion.ma, the application app.sologestion.ma and related features (quotes, invoices, payments, reminders, ceiling and tax tracking, products and stock, projects, leads, exports).
  • “User” or “you”: anyone who creates an account or uses the Service.
  • “Workspace”: the working space of one business, created by its owner and able to host invited members.
  • “Plan”: the subscription chosen (Pro or Business) and its period (monthly or yearly).

2. Purpose of the Service

SoloGestion is online software (SaaS) for auto-entrepreneurs in Morocco to issue compliant quotes and invoices, track their payments and prepare their filings. The Service is an aid: it replaces neither the DGI, nor the CNSS, nor professional advice, and files nothing on your behalf.

3. Account and access

The Service is reserved for adults acting in the course of their professional activity. You must provide accurate information (identity, ICE, IF, auto-entrepreneur number) and keep it current: it is printed on your documents and engages your responsibility.

Your credentials are personal. You are responsible for any activity from your account and must notify us without delay of any unauthorised use. The account email must be verified before any use of the Workspace.

A Workspace owner may invite members and assign them a role; the owner answers for their actions in the Workspace.

4. Free trial

Every new Workspace gets a 15-day free trial of the chosen Plan, with no card. During the trial, sending documents and reminders by email from the Service, and inviting members, are reserved for Workspaces that have paid a period. When the trial ends unpaid, the Workspace is closed: your data is kept and exportable, and access is restored as soon as a period is paid.

5. Plans, prices and payment

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams, taxes included, on the Pricing page: Pro at 99 MAD a month or 960 MAD a year, Business at 149 MAD a month or 1,440 MAD a year. The Publisher may change prices; a change applies to periods bought after its announcement, never to a period already paid.

Each payment covers a defined period (one month or one year) starting at the end of the current period, trial included. There is no automatic charge and no tacit renewal: you are emailed before each period ends and you decide whether to renew.

Payment is by card through YouCan Pay, which alone processes your card data. A receipt is available in your Workspace. Exceptionally, the Publisher may accept a bank transfer and credit the period manually.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

The free trial lets you test the Service before any payment. Under law 31-08, a consumer has seven days from paying a first period to withdraw, unless they expressly asked for the Service to start immediately, which is the case when the Workspace is used during that period. Started periods are not refunded; a yearly period can be refunded pro rata of whole unused months on request within 14 days of payment.

7. Your obligations

  • Use the Service in compliance with the law, the auto-entrepreneur regime and third-party rights.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of the mentions on your documents and declare your turnover yourself to the DGI and the CNSS.
  • Not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, issue fictitious documents or undermine the security of the Service.
  • Keep your own copies of the documents the law requires you to archive (ten years, article 211 of the CGI); the Service helps through exports but does not replace that duty.

8. Publisher’s obligations

The Publisher uses reasonable means to keep the Service available around the clock and the data secure (best-efforts obligation). Maintenance interruptions may occur and are announced when possible. Built-in tax rules are updated diligently with each finance law, without guarantee of completeness.

The Publisher does not look at the content of your documents, except at your request for support, and discloses them to no third party outside a legal obligation.

9. Liability

The Publisher is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, clients or data you did not export), nor for the consequences of inaccurate information you entered, non-compliant use, or a tax decision taken solely on the basis of the Service’s indicative computations. In all cases the Publisher’s liability is capped at the amounts paid over the last twelve months.

10. Data and ownership

Your data remains yours. You can export it as CSV at any time, including when the Workspace is closed. You grant the Publisher the right to host and process it only to provide the Service. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

The Service, its code and content remain the Publisher’s property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your subscription.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, free of charge: simply do not renew the period. You may request permanent deletion of your Workspace by email; it is carried out within 30 days.

The Publisher may suspend a Workspace for a serious breach of these terms (fraud, abuse, security attack, unpaid agreed transfer), after notice when circumstances allow. Data stays exportable during suspension.

12. Changes to these terms

The Publisher may update these terms. You are informed by email or in the application at least 15 days before a substantial change takes effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution by writing to contact@sologestion.ma. Failing agreement within 30 days, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection rules.
