SoloGestion exists to save you time, not to exploit your data. Here, without jargon, is what we do with what you entrust to us, and what we will never do.

What we actually do

  • We do not read your documents

    Your quotes, invoices and clients only serve to run your workspace. Nobody looks at them, analyses them or uses them for anything else, unless you ask us for help on a specific document.

  • No resale, no advertising

    Our only income is your subscription. We do not sell data, we show no ads and we pass nothing on to “partners”.

  • One sealed workspace per business

    Every workspace is isolated: a request can only reach the data of the workspace you belong to. Only the people you invite get in, with the role you give them.

    • Owner, collaborator or read-only
    • Invitation by email, revocable any time
    • Email verified before any activity

  • Protected accounts

    Hashed passwords (never stored in clear), secure sessions, rate-limited login attempts and email sending, reset by time-limited link.

  • Hosting and encryption

    All communications go over HTTPS. The application and the database run with professional European hosts, on servers only SoloGestion can access.

  • Card payment without touching your card

    The payment form is provided by YouCan Pay, a Moroccan payment institution. Your card number never goes through our servers and we do not store it.

  • Backups

    The database is backed up every day, and backups are kept apart. A mistake on our side does not cost you your history.

  • Your data exports and deletes

    Clients, invoices, expenses and payments download as CSV from your settings, on trial or subscribed, even with the workspace closed. On request, we permanently delete your workspace within 30 days.

  • Report a vulnerability

    Spotted a security issue? Write to contact@sologestion.ma with “Security” in the subject. We acknowledge within 48 hours and keep you posted on the fix.

What we will never do

  • Sell, rent or trade your data
  • Show advertising in your workspace
  • Read your documents without your request
  • Keep your card number
  • Block the export of your data
  • Charge a payment without your action
