The problem

Chasing costs more than you think

You have to remember, find the right tone, stay courteous without sounding weak. So you postpone, and the delay settles in.

  1. 01

    You forget who owes what

Three clients, six invoices, two deposits: without a register, the balance due gets lost.

  2. 02

    You hesitate

An awkward message can cost a client. A missing message costs the payment.

  3. 03

    Delay becomes the norm

A client paid at 45 days once pays at 45 days forever, unless the reminder lands before the due date.

What SoloGestion does

SoloGestion’s automatic reminders

You set the schedule once. Every issued invoice follows it, unless you pause it.

  • A schedule you control

By default: a reminder 3 days before the due date, follow-ups 3 and 7 days after. Add or remove steps, up to six.

  • A polite message, in your name

The PDF is attached, the balance due and the RIB are recalled. In French or English depending on the document.

  • Stops on payment

You record the payment, reminders stop. A partial payment adjusts the amount recalled.
